Swimming is one of the few ways of getting exercise that improves your all-round fitness because it can boost strength, stamina and suppleness all at the same time.
Of course many people like to just splash around in the pool, and enjoy themselves. Whatever you fancy, our indoor heated lap pool with spa attached is the perfect way to keep fit.
Gymnasium
You may want to increase your fitness and energy levels and regular excercise can help to acheive a healthier you. Starting an exercise program at the Kantarra gym, and sticking with it, will do wonders for your frame of mind. Our fully equipped gym has fitness classes and excellent advice about keeping fit. Or simply enjoy our gentle yoga, pilates and aerobics classes.
Putting Green & Practice Driving Nets
Brush the dust off the clubs and have a swing whenever you please. Practice your putting on our practise greens. Or really let yourself go in the driving nets.
